About the Artist

Hi! My name is Marie and I am the artist/calligrapher behind Willing Hands Calligraphy. I started practicing calligraphy in middle school and have always been fascinated with beautiful handwriting. Art on the other hand, did not come naturally. I was not even close to the best artist in school. In fact, I was one of the worst. However, this seems to be where God is calling me and where He calls, He will equip.

I named my company Willing Hands, based on Proverbs 31:13 where it says, she willingly works with her hands. I love the constant reminder that I’m here to serve. To serve God, serve my wonderful clients, and serve my friends and family!

My goal for every customer is to offer the highest quality art and service I can while creating beautiful, customized work that showcases the sweet things closest to their hearts.
